Chelle mingles with celebs again!

The Gumball 3000 launch party was so different to the recent parties I have been to. First off it was at Trocadero which is absoutely huge! Celebs included Xzibit, Caprice, Peaches Geldof and as seen in the picture, Donny Tourette and his band, the towers of london. I had to walk through the paprazzi which was again such an experience. All it needed was for one photographer to be in on the 'con' and all the photographers followed. My name was being called from all directions! I even gave them a twirl! As I couldn't get into VIP as there were too many people in there anyway, my new found saviour Piers from OK! magazine took me to Peter Stringfellow's girlfriend's party. As you can see I was chatting to him and David Guest about my project which they both thought was an excellent idea. They were both so friendly and David Guest is exactly as you see him on tele, weird and wonderful! What I would give for a night out with him!

Chelle's billboard goes up!

My huge billboard went up yesterday in Knebworth. It took 20minutes to put up and I must say it was rather daunting seeing my face that big! Let's hope it doesn't get vandalised too quickly!
So it seems to be within 8 weeks you can get a billboard up.

I am looking forward to tonight. Rumours are that guests include Jonnny Knoxville, Caprice, Jodie Kidd, Paris Hilton, Hugh Hefner, Blink 182, Fun Lovin Criminals (doing a set), Snoop Dogg, Kylie, and Jamiroquai. If them guests are there, I will find it extremely hard to keep my cool. I will be taking my camera tonight to hopefully get some good pics of me mingling with the stars!

Chelle is hired!

After my meeting yesterday, I am now being taken on by Paul Stacey Management and I am having a photoshoot the beginning of next week with John Wright, a celebrity photographer. This is so exciting. These pictures will be sent to all major companies within the industry to hopefully get me more interest and coverage. I have been invited to the Gumball 3000 pre-party launch tonight, guests include Jamouriqui, Jodie Kidd and anyone else who can afford to pay £30,000 to enter the Gumball Race! Discoo have once again given me a gorgeous dress to look the part in.
The party Thursday night at Embassy was again such an experience. I had my photo taken with Jennifer Ellison who was more than happy about it however my phone's camera failed me and this noisy, blurry image is the photo!

There were lots more other celebs and as boring as it sounds, everyone was actually really friendly. Especially Kinga from Big Brother. She looked so well too, she has lost loads of weight, gone brunette and looked really fashionable.

Faith Brown also sang with 'Simply the Best' and she was amazing!

Hungover...

OK so things have gone a little crazy. Since last night I have had offers to model for Kate Moss's new Topshop brand for a double page spread in The Mirror, I have asked to be on a celebrity soccer programme which will be on Sky One, I have been invited to tons of celeb parties, have 3 national newspapers fighting over my story when I have finished and lots more. So I now have a meeting with an agent tomorrow with Paul Stacey Management. I met Paul last night and told him that things were getting a little hectic and he said he will meet with me to help me out. Tonight I am off to Glamioke at Embassy hosted by Jennifer Ellison. Guests include Girls Aloud, Liberty X, Caprice, and tons more. Basically its celeb city in there tonight. I can't wait! Someone remind me I am still at uni and this is just a project!
Last night at Chinawhites I had a fantastic time. The OK magazine party was held to raise funds for Marine Connection www.marineconnection.org. I met so many lovely people and although having to go there on my own and being nervous, everyone made me feel really welcome. The best part was when I was mobbed by paparazzi from my taxi. One guy poked his head in as I pulled up and shouted 'Yep' over his shoulder. The next thing I was surrounded by them and had to push my way to the door. I did however pose for a little while for the cameras and show off my dress as I thought I would enjoy it while I can! It was the most amazing experience. I am a nobody and felt like a somebody within minutes. I was also treated as a VIP inside the club and was introduced to so many important people within this business. Celebs included MTV presenters, Gail Porter who was lovely and was interested in my project, people from Casulty, Celebrity Love Island and Lady Victoria Harvey. Vanessa Feltz wasn't so keen when I tried to explain my project. She assumed that I believe fame was an easy game not the fact that all aspects of the journey to fame are part of my project. I felt really awkard talking to her as up to now everyone has been very passionate and supportive. She tackled my general knowledge 'What is the population of great Britain and how many of these people are famous?'
I was then invited to an after party at The Met Bar where we drank much more when it was easy to forget what I was there for as I felt so comfortable in this new scene!

I am now ready to go and I still have 2 hours until I leave, I thought getting ready early will allow me not to rush-instead it backfired and I am now sitting here posting you guys. At least I have time to practice my pose...

Getting ready for tonight...

Since applying to StarNow, I have received interest from many journalists, agencies, and t.v production companies. So this site officially works! I have been invited to acting workshops, photo shoots and lots more. Today however I am concentrating on looking the part for tonight's party with OK magazine. I have been told the tickets are £50 so I can't take anyone with me plus it will be better for me if I don't know anyone because I will have to mingle. I am meeting the photographer at 7.30. I have been told I will know who he is as he is the only photographer allowed in the event. I am extremely nervous but excited at the same time. All gossip will be posted tomorrow x

Chelle in national newspaper at last!!!!!!!!!!!

Had my break- after getting in touch with a journalist, Roger Kasper, through Discoo Limited, I have been contacted by a national newspaper (not allowed to tell you what one) that are going to cover my whole story from start to finish! I have made it! I am sooooooo happy and so excited. I just can't believe it. They told me they found my work really interesting and think it will be a good read. I am definately going in the paper as they have told me I am not allowed now to go to any more newspapers with my story. I will have to sign a contract for this. The day before it comes out I will tell you what paper it will be in, it will be in about 6 weeks time. Mission completed for the national newspaper.
Tomorrow night is my party with OK magazine and I am so excited about it. Got my dress ready from www.Discoo.co.uk.-it is stunning, and have the day free to get ready! I aim to mingle with as much people as i can and hand out a few of my cards, hopefully they won't think I'm a hooker again! Will tell all details on Thursday.

Chelle's interview with More magazine

Just got off the phone to Anna Hart at More magazine. We had a laugh chatting about the pros and cons of trying to get famous. She asked me some questions and I explained to her all about my project. I also mentioned not make me look like I am slagging celebs off who are famous for not using a particluar talent as I don't want any enemies before I start! I was asked questions such as 'who could you see yourself hanging around with if you were famous?' and 'which celebrity do you think is famous having not used a talent'. I shall let you know when the issue is out.

Chelle is mannequin at Harrods

I was called in last minute this morning to be a mannequin in Harrods window. I am guted as I didn't get a chance to call people to let them know I was doing it. It was only for a couple of hours too, however I got some great photos that would look good for any articles I might get the chance of having. It was so much fun as everyone that walked past looked in and laughed, some stayed for a while watching me read a book and others had to take a second look once they had gone past to see if they had seen what they thought!

Chelle in More magazine

I rang More magazine today and after speaking to Caroline Corcoran we agreed that my project would make an interesting article in their magazine! I am being interviewed tomorrow afternoon on the phone and going in for a photo shoot next week. I am so excited!!!!!!!!!

Chelle raises money for Wish House Charity

Hey guys, my Casino night went really well on Thursday at my local pub. Over 150 people came and we raised £3500 for Wish House Charity and everyone commented on what a great night it was. Here are my pictures with the staff and Jaws!

Chelle has new celeb friend

How cool is this.. I received an email over the weekend by Ellie Paskell who is an actress on Waterloo Road on BBC1. She saw my billboard at Euston and emailed to say what I was doing was really cool.
'Good luck with it all!! if there's ever anything i could do to help let me know.' She also said 'i expect that what you're doing will (as well, obviously as other stuff) highlight how, in today's Britain, someone can become famous for doing nothing but being known by the public..and thats it. I think you really deserve to be commended for that!'
Having graduated herself, after Waterloo Road Ellie has done bits of work on the Bill and Casualty and is about to start filming for the next series of Waterloo Road in May. It was so lovely for Ellie to make the effort to contact me. That is what has suprised me the most and then to be commended is just fantastic.
So a big Thank You to Ellie for brightening up my day and my project!

7 weeks gone, 5 to go!

I can't believe I only have 5 weeks left. If anyone reading this can help me in anyway to get on tele, radio or in print, please do! Do you know anyone who can help? I am beginning to panic.

Commitment to Fame

I thought it was worth writing about how much I have had to miss out on so far during this project. I have had to let down friends when they are going out due to last minute meetings, I have also had to put a hold on my 'love life'. I have had to turn down dates, let down my part-time job quite a lot and not being able to spend much time with my family. However in 6 weeks time things will change unless I am famous (which would be mission completed) but I hope that my friends and family understand, which I am sure they do as they are still giving me their full support. No wonder though celebs such as Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton go all out when they do go out as they possibly feel like the same-they don't have a lot of time for everyone else so want to enjoy their time out as much as possible with their friends; and still then they need to be conciously aware of paparzzi on the way home. I am not complaining in the slightest as I am having the time of my life but I thought it was important to show you how I am relating to real celebrities and experiencing what fame involves.

I thought this would be quite amuzing and actually quite interesting at the same time to see if anyone does buy it. It is also a good way of advertising my website as my link is alongside the product.

House of Fraser accomplished!

Last night (friday) we worked for the final night at House of Fraser to get our wall finished. We began at 9.30pm and finished at 2am. Unfortunately for us this meant that we had missed the last train home so had to stay at HOF until 5am. However, with a massive sale on, and tons of new clothes and shoes in the shop since last time I was there, I managed to keep myself amused. Men-A way to keep a girl up through the night.....an empty department store full of Ted Baker, Diesel, Oasis, Ichi, Warehouse, Carvella, and many more!

Chelle on a downer

I am on a bit of a downer today as I have been told by the Daily Star that my article won't be able to appear in their newspaper. Also the Guardian are not interested! The London Paper have said that I need more evidence of actually becoming famous before I can have an article in their paper. The radio station last night decided on just a phone in rather than turn up and the Landlord who answered the phone did all the talking. So I am trying to keep motivated but finding it hard today. Some good news however is that my billboard at Knebworth should be up on the 29th of this month and possibly put up for not a lot of money. My casino night takes place tonight and I have managed to arrange our local radio station to air from there! This is great news as I will hopefully be able to get an interview on air.

Today 'The Comet' phoned me which is my local newspaper who said that I will have an article in their paper next week! Hopefully this will give Chris some publicity as he needs it too.
Also been in contact with some national newspapers, we are at the moment deciding on possible articles. That would be amazing to be in a national newspaper. The Daily Star asked me how far I would go...as in would I pose naked / in underwear etc. I would consider posing in underwear but I would not be naked in a newspaper as that is not what I want to become famous for, for this project plus Harrods and House of Fraser, I am sure, would want nothing to do with me, let alone my parents throwing me out the house!

The Euston billboard pays off.
I was contacted over the weekend by Ed Saper at Discoo Limited which is an online fashion store that sells the most fabulous clothes online. Ed mentioned that a collegue of his saw my poster at Euston station and when mentioned it to Ed, provoked much interest at their company based in Euston.
After speaking to Ed personally I was offered clothing for my OK! parties that should be coming up in the next few weeks. Discoo Limited regularly lend or give stylists clothes for celebs to wear at events- they are willing to put me in the same category! This is fantastic news as their clothes range is amazing. So last night we went to House of Fraser to illustrate the walls with images of Chelle. We started at 9.45pm and left at 7.30am this morning. This is how we left it last night.

Chelle makes billboard in Euston

My billboard went up yesterday so I went to Euston on the way To House of Fraser last night to have a look! It was the weirdest thing to see it up. This quality of this picture is a bit naff but I am being sent some better ones so will put them up soon. If anyone is in Euston or near, have a look. It is at the bottom of the escalator on the way to the underground from the main station.

House of Fraser update

Arranged to do my illustrations in House of Fraser, Thursday through the night and friday through the night, during closing hours. We will be working from 9pm til 8am in the morning so that customers wont be in our way and we won't have to worry about making a mess!
I'll be taking plenty money for coffee!

Chelle going in OK! magazine

I can't believe it. Having spent a few hours this morning talking to magazine companies about possible articles in their mag, I came across Chrissie Reeves at OK magazine who put me in touch with Mark Moody. He organises celebrity events and he is sending me to a celeb bash where I will have photos taken with the stars and he will put it in OK magazine! I am so excited. I was on such a downer this morning as most companies were not interested and not helpful at all. I spent most of the time being passed around to different departments having to explain my project all over again and getting nowhere in the process. Some people were actually rude.
My picture will probably be a tiny picture on the last page but I don't care, as long as I am in there! I am on a high now, what a breakthrough!

Harrods mannequin

Today I went to Harrods to arrange which window I will be in as a live mannequin for the day, we chose two windows that were suitable. The pictures I have taken are not very clear as the sun was shining straight on them, however I am not complaining about the sun shining!
The first one is right in front of the tube entrance and is advertising 'Allegri':
I will be able to sit in the chair and use the props in this window.

The second window is on the main road advertising 'Land Rover' and the theme is night life. Again this was really hard to get a clear picture due to sunlight.

This will all take place next week!
